Dowty AC recently installed a new AC unit in our house. We were frustrated with our existing unit and had been replacing parts for years until we finally decided to have someone else take a look. Brad identified the problem immediately and ordered what we needed. Brad and his team were honest, accommodating to our timeline, reasonably priced, and maintained excellent communication with us. We encountered some unexpected barriers during the install and Brad handled these promptly and professionally, including working well past normal business hours to make sure we were all set with our new system. They were suggested to me from a neighbor! They came and checked everything out! Very Knowledgeable & was able to diagnose almost immediately! Trust me this field of work makes the big bucks when they find the issue but you'll have your sanity back when they leave. So it's a win win.
