About Crystal Coast CrossFit
Crystal Coast CrossFit is a welcoming gym with knowledgeable coaches. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped facility offers an 8-week intro course for beginners, helping members reduce pain and strengthen their bodies. The gym encourages and motivates members, making it an excellent place to learn weight lifting and improve running skills. Members report significant progress and appreciate the supportive environment and wonderful coaches. Clients praise the classes led by Coach Bri, who balances technique advice and encouragement, pushing them to exceed their limits. Colleen is a very knowledgeable and friendly coach! She takes the time to explain how to properly and safely do each move and then encourages you along the way. There’s ZERO judgement (from her and the group) on how quickly or slowly you finish each round, and she’s right there to help you modify if you need to. She cares about the people who walk through their doors and will make sure to set you up for success!
I love being in Coach Bri’s classes. She always has a perfect balance of technique advice and encouragement. When she says be bold and be brave it always makes me do more than I think I can. Best of all she spots me doing ‘skin the cats’ even when I’m sweaty!
