The only medical type appts I ever arrive early to - great people, great care. Recently had an issue with my sunglasses that got taken care of faster and better than I could have hoped for.
Came out of the eye doctor and needed new glasses. Called Vision Center and asked if I could get in that day. Was in there in 20 minutes. In less than an hour I was in an out. Very knowledgeable and polite staff. Very satisfied.
I had a wonderful experience at the Vision Center of Lake Norman. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Dr. Monson took his time to explain everything in detail, making sure I fully understood my eye health and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and the care was top-notch.
One of the highlights of my visit was meeting Winston, the sweetest and most lovable dog on staff. Winston's presence made me feel relaxed and even more welcome! It's such a unique touch that really enhances the atmosphere.
