So this was my first time at Salon 521, and I absolutely will NEVER go to another salon again!! Reagan was absolutely PRECIOUS and did an absolutely amazing job. Every salon I’ve been to always rushes the hair washing (the best part) and she took her time and then massaged my head after (honestly I was sold already at this point). She took her time in the cut and we had such great, natural conversation. I showed her pictures of what I was wanting and she showed me the back after and I asked her if she could make more a defined “V” in the back and she went back in and then was not afraid to bring a fellow stylist (Sara, who was also amazing) when she wasn’t achieving the look she wanted. I was blown away that she wasn’t too prideful to ask for help and advice! Instead of just guessing and giving me either 1. not what I wanted, or 2. trying it and me ending up with a terrible cut. She got to learn something new with the razor and I achieved the EXACT look I was wanting! I am honestly blown away by this salon! The owner should be SO PROUD of those girls!! I have cried manyyyy tears bc of hair cuts, but this was the first time I’ve ever cried HAPPY TEARS in a salon chair!!! So so amazed and obsessed with my hair and so happy to say I’ve FINALLY found “MY” salon.“
