I think his name is Flavio and he, too, was phenomenal. He arrived on time, was neat and organized, and cleaned up after himself in and outside of my home. He was also friendly, courteous, and did a superb job...AND he completed everything in just 2- 1/2 days. So he wasn't wasting time and goofing off, he was putting in a full day's work.
