I feel really bad about not sharing last month when I first went. I had a great first time experience with Samantha. She is kind, her appearance is so professional, as well as her mannerisms. I had a new cut and a few highlights. I go back today and I am going to have more highlights added. I am older, and was a tad scared to do anything different, but have had so many compliments. Sara, my stylist, and her assistant Samantha are amazing. This was my first visit to Salon 521, and it was a last minute appointment as I was flying to NY the next day… all of the associates were extremely accommodating and flexible, I was able to make this appointment with no issues. I usually get stressed and anxious when going to a salon because I typically don’t do much with my hair and keep it basic. Sara is very down to earth and easy to talk to, I felt very comfortable and welcome in her chair. She cut about 10 inches off and trimmed up some long layers perfectly and with ease. I’ve been seeing Bethy for a year now, and I absolutely love her. Not only does she do a fantastic job on my hair, but she is a genuinely amazing person with a great staff. We always have fun experimenting with a dry cut at the end of the appointment (adding layers, shortening bangs, etc) and she gives great recommendations for cut and style. She’s actually responsible for my conversion from long to short hair and I have no regrets. Hope you try out the salon!
