Lydia Ritenour Massage Therapy & Skincare is truly a one stop shop for alternative health and wellness. Lydia took the time to get to know me and customized my treatment plan with me. Lydia always performs a wonderful massage, each is unique and effective. She is receptive to my need for change of pressure through out my massage and even includes essential oils to facilitate health and healing. I am confident in her education and use of essential oils, she explains their properties and uses a variety and not just a "one size fits all" oil.
