Great plumbers. Very responsive and professional. They are fair with their pricing. I bought an older home on the lake and they helped correct some serious drainage issues and fix water lines and valves for my washer hookup that the delivery people stripped out causing a basement leak. This company is so amazing. My Well went out and the insurance company was giving me a hard time on fixing it. They went way beyond there job to make sure the insurance company got what they needed so they could repair the Well. He later go under my house and find a leak and he repaired that as well. They are very professional and will go all out for you. They are amazing.
So somebody took off my well house cap and tromped on my pipes and broke them Saturday night. I called our regular plumbers emergency line and nobody answered. I called Lake Norman. They answered right away. Wanted some pictures. Said they'd be out around 2:00. After looking at the pictures and knowing that we didn't have any water at all, they showed up around 11:30. Steve was very good, fast, and in no time we had water. He also found several other issues with our filtration system and our pressure tank. We just had him fix it all and it's all done.
