I started using this service mid 2017 and kept it for 7 years. When it started out they were fantastic. Courteous , conscientious, and thorough. As we went through the pandemic I was understanding as they adjusted their servicing techniques . However they didn't adjust back and i honestly believe they're overall work ethic has become lazy and inept. Since mid 2020 it has never been the same l. They have a different tech every time. They rush through and do a sorry job on their best day. They skip the cob webs, spray inconsistently, and skip areas constantly.

I've been using killingsworth since I bought my home in March of 2022. I have both pest and termite protection. I was sold on them because they told me any time I saw an issue to call and they'd send out someone to solve the problem. I had a horrid carpenter bee infestation and they kept coming back until they were under control. Well, that was last year. This past weekend I was cleaning my basement and found a lot of spiders. I called expecting them to send someone to help. Instead they said your quarterly is due July 2 and we can have someone out there on July 9th. 3 weeks from the time I called. Seriously. Customer service is TERRIBLE! The person I was talking with (Nyla) about my concern kept telling me she WAS a manger & that she had no supervisor that I could relay my concerns to about her , she kept interrupting me, I kept trying to get off of the phone with her and she kept aggressively badgering me. She TOTALLY MISUNDERSTOOD that my concern was HER at that point and NOT my contract. No accountability!!! RUN as fast as you can from this company! Please look at the BBB cases filed against Killingsworth-most are customer relations driven by bad, rude and unresponsive behavior!
