Dennis and Bill (Installer) did an outstanding job with our carpet project. We needed a stair runner with some complexity based on the layout and kick lights. They took care of us from design and carpet options through to install. Everything went exactly according to plan and was hassle free. Carpet was ordered immediately, arrived in less than a week and was installed within a week of my initial contact with Ideal Flooring. Easy, professional, timely and high quality product and install. Would definitely recommend Ideal Flooring for flooring needs in the Charlotte area.

Dennis was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent work fixing our carpet that lay victim to a 10lb poodle. Would strongly recommend. Thank you Dennis.
