Front desk is always so friendly. The lobby and restrooms are always clean. I like to arrive early to my appointment so I can enjoy their delicious flavored water and heated neck wrap before I go back for my service. I personally see Delana for facials and she is AMAZING! Cannot recommend the Mooresville location enough! :)
I had an amazing first experience here! All the staff were warm & welcoming, and my esthetician Deana gave me wonderful facial. Her neck rub almost put me to sleep and my skin is glowy and soft (rather than inflamed like it normally is after a facial). I signed up for the membership which is only $69/mo, such a good deal. Definitely try this place out!
Wow! Exceeded my expectations by a mile. I have been lucky enough to get facials at high end spas across the globe. A friend got me a gift card. I was not expecting much from a spa located next door to our grocery store. I was wrong. The atmosphere was perfect. The products were very good for what you pay. The best part was Sierra, the esthetician. She is skilled as well as very sweet. Her neck and shoulder message was the cherry on top. I highly recommend booking her.
