We had a wonderful buying and selling experience with Brooke Sines and her staff at Grand Allure Group. We were so happy with Brooke's knowledge of the market, negotiating skills, analysis of comps in the area and her excellent followup during the buying process that we without hesitation called her to represent us in selling our condo 3 and a half years later. Erika and her team are amazing. Erika is very knowledgeable and made our selling process very easy. She answered all of our questions and always kept in communication with us during the selling process. Erika and her team were very professional and friendly to me and my husband.
