Definitely caters to the old, relatively 'wealthy' female patients. If you're young and not paying with cash, don't expect great service or to be even appreciated as a patient. I go to America's Best. Sure you'll see a different doctor at every visit, but at least they are young and enthusiastic ophthalmology residents who really care for their patients. And you'll pay what the services are actually worth. No twenty dollar pair of eye glasses selling for $300. And no, the above name is not my actual name anymore.

This office has lack of consideration for families of school age children. I provided a courtesy call that Mooresville school was running behind on check out for students and I was told she could not be rescheduled til June. This office is always EMPTY! I'm sure this is why local businesses never see good growth.

These people are phenomenal!! My daughter had a bad experience with an eye doctor, not related to this one, and their staff, in Charlotte when she was 4, she was afraid and they were rushing her and being impatient and pushy, and I was worried about how she would do this time. The staff HERE is friendly, sweet, nice, kind, warm, welcoming, they even calmed me down :D After seeing your terrified four year old, kick an eye doctor in the face two years prior, you would be nervous too, but ALL went well!! I LOVE THESE people and they are wonderful!!! I recommend them to anyone!! If you have a nervous kiddo, this is the place to go :) God bless!!
