He came out personally to assess my windows in South Charlotte (he came down from Mooresville). I spoke with him and a couple others on the phone as well and everyone at this family-run business is prompt and professional. I was kept up to date on things in terms of when the windows would arrive, when they could be installed, etc. The man that actually installed my 10 windows is an employee of G &S that services my area. 3/23/23 G&S Contracting installed our 5,south facing, custom ordered windows made by Sunrise brand with solar package.They were all great to deal with. The installer did a very good, nice neat job in a short time. The windows are such an improvement, keeping cold and heat out. Keeping cool air or heated air in. Our house is now more comfortable in every room at any time.We will use G & S again! We strongly recommend them and Sunrise windows.

We have done business with G&S for over 20 years. Over those years they provided window replacements, front entry door replacement, screened in porch, sliding glass door, and storm door replacement. All work was professionally done and we have been very satisfied with the products. Now after all these years we have had some product lifetime warranty claims and George has always responded to assist us in these product warranty claims. Thanks.
