Frank was the Century technician that serviced my home.He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and pleasant. He was able to quickly access the problems and make the necessary repairs in a timely manner.I appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions and patiently and thoroughly explained the repairs.Excellent work and superior customer service.

I am subscribe to Duke Energy's home wiring plan and Franky with Century Electrical Services came out yesterday because I had an electrical issue. My appointment window was 10am - 12pm. He arrived at 945 which was great! I described my issue, no electric in my hallway and breaker wouldn't flip on, and he began to investigate the issue. When he saw the light in my hallway was not the issue he asked to see my breaker box. When I showed him how the breaker wouldn't flip on for me, he tried it himself and it flipped back on and imagine how silly I felt, lol. He was courteous and respectful of my home. Would recommend this company.

My wife has handled our home services for years because of my work. Recently we needed service on multiple problems with our house: Lighting in our garage, an outside spotlight that stopped working, and a GRC that continued to trip. We received notice on arrival and Taylor worked with my wife on all the problems. No upselling on any work, inspected and replaced multiple items and was thorough with his descriptions. We are happy with the work and his competent and professional demeanor with a reasonable price.
