OMG why did I not look at the reviews before I went, he is a scam. He about killed me. Supposedly he lasered my right and left leg, not for sure that happen. I will say he dug in both legs for over an hour trying to get in my vein, after I said enough both times, he said he was in and got the vein, but I don't believe him. The first time he said the laser was in my leg and we would be done in 5 minutes, the nurse came in and said oh the laser is on the floor. He picked it straight up and put it in my leg! I will be going to another dr. and if they got paid by my insurance company and my legs are not done, they will wish they had never met me. Please people find someone... read full review

VCA (good reputation and staff) was bought out by USA Vein Clinics. Same building. Very different staff and care. Had an appointment with Dr. Godwin Obinna Uzomba. I was first patient to arrive the office. The website check-in kept freezing, so I arrived 20 min early for paperwork. Medical and personal questions were asked, and answered, while standing at the front desk, in front of other patients. No privacy. Waited an hour after checking in. The office personnel (4) just milled around speaking about personal topics. 54 min after my appointment was to start, Dr. Uzomba came into the waiting room, said something rude to one of the office girls and a loud verbal fight... read full review

This company has the worst customer service call center. I made an appointment in Moorseville but they called me to remind me of my appointment in Atlanta Georgia! They have called several times, always from unknown numbers and with people who's English is not understandable to reschedule appointments. They even called me on Memorial Day to reschedule my appointment again. I arrived at my appointment on time and sat in the exam room for 2 hours. I left and will not go back there again! I wished I had read the reviews before hand.
