Marlon, our technician, is very thorough and attentive for our pest control service. He offers recommendations and explains the services and products used in a clear manner. Black Pest Control is always responsive when we need something outside of our normal service. Marlon is always careful to check our gates when he is leaving. He knows we have dogs and he always provides notice when he’s arriving, so we can keep the dogs inside during his visit.

I called about a mice problem and they showed up the very same day. The tech person was professional, courteous and explained where they would put in the bait stations and when they would follow up. Very pleased with your company.
