“I want to shout this from the roof tops! Daniel Enterprises in the best roofing company. This week has been a little wet in the Carolina's. Keep in mind I have a rather new home. I got a call from my kids that I needed to come home right away. Something was leaking from the ceiling. I immediately called Daniel Enterprises. I heard from a friend of a friend that they did good work and were very responsive. Wow, they lived up to their untarnished reputation. A fellow by the name of Mike Claudio picked up the phone, after hours mind you ( around 7pm ). I told him what my kids said and he assured me that he would do everything possible to provide me a quick remedy. I described where the water was coming from and answered all of his questions. Without looking at the home he was able to tell me what the issue may be. First thing in the morning we had a knock at the door and it was one of their service techs. He was so nice assuring us that he would fix the leak. He went up in the attic, identified the issue ( took pictures with his phone ) and showed them to me - describing exactly what was wrong. Then he proceeded to get on the roof and fix the problem. Amazing. My family and I was so impressed by the professionalism. Thank you soo much for being amazing!! “The storm door we ordered is beautiful and installation good but I had an issue with the “cosmetics”. The production manager responded to my concerns immediately and took steps to rectify the issue. I have never seen a company this responsive and diligent of assuring complete satisfaction. Nothing less than 5 stars will do for TruGuard.

We had a patio door installed this year. It was custom built with mini blinds inside the windows and it's beautiful! The technicians installed new molding on the interior and exterior that adds to the beauty of our home. I am 1,000% satisfied!

This year we had a new roof installed. One of the roofers accidentally put his foot through the master bedroom ceiling. The repair took two days due to the process but the ceiling is acceptable. I am not sure about the lost insulation.“
