    We have been with Tyson since 2018. We use them for our spring and fall tune ups as well as installs for both our HVAC units. Their install team is quick and efficient and worked hard to get our AC up and running during this hot summer. Megan is always helpful and answers all my questions. I like how she stays involved in the whole process and gives updates all the way through to completion.

    Contacted Tyson late on a Thursday night. Megan scheduled me for service the next morning on Friday. Technician Marlin was fantastic. Kept me looped in with Megan to weigh my options. Once decision made, scheduled me for Monday to have new unit installed. I’ve been with Tyson since 2017. Switched to them after they were assigned my warranty case. If you call or email, you always get Megan who answers you by name. Would highly recommend

    I cannot say enough good things about Tyson Services. We had a coil go bad on a 5 year old unit. Megan called about getting a replacement coil (Yes it was still under warranty) and she was told hopefully mid September. That is not acceptable for warranty work. She spent countless hours on the phone and working the system for us and just like that we were able to expedite the coil. We received the coil by the end of the week and the problem was solved the next Monday. I cannot express my thanks enough to her and her team for advocating for their customers!
