My washer wouldn't work. After 4 phone calls, including Duke Energy, I contacted Billy at Stelco. He sent A.J. immediately. A.J. fixed it in 10 seconds. And, he didn't mock me because I completely missed the invisible little buttons on the outlet that needed to be pushed back in after a power surge caused them to disrupt the power. Paid a not unreasonable service call charge, and chatted with a. Nice man for a few minutes.

Billy, Hector, and AJ did a wonderful job for us in our master bedroom and bath room. Communication throughout the process was great. Billy called the night before to confirm. Hector and AJ showed up on time. Professional, clean, excellent workmanship. They even repaired an existing condition inside the home that they had found that was out of compliance.
