I have been going here for years. My service has always been excellent. The last few times were not so great. I had used Steve who left and Tana who recently left. They took the great service with them. NeNe did my nails and they were super bulky. In 2 days one of my tips broke. I came back and got it repaired. The next day the gel came off, she said I didnt hold it under the light right. The 3rd day I went in" Sonny decided to fix it because I complained about coming 3 days in a row. He also said I need to take better care of my nails. How dare he treat me like that when I've been coming for over 5 years (weekly because my nails grow super fast). SONNY WAS AMAZING. Tomorrow I have a job interview. I came in at 6:30 and needed a fill in and pedi. They of course closed at 7:30. All of his other employees left and he stayed to finish my Nails. Not only did he stay late but he did a beautiful job on my SNS nail dip. He was kind and courteous! Thanks Sonny! I will be back in 2 weeks ‼️ ???
By far the best Mani Pedi services at the best prices. I've been a client since this location opened. I've only gone to other salons a couple times because I was given gift cards and services nowhere near as good as Regal Nails Monroe.
