After trying numerous cleaners in the Charlotte area, Princess Cleaners in Monroe has provided me the best service. Their work is excellent, the prices are the best I’ve found, and they are very reliable.

I went into Princess Dry Cleaners for the first time on Monday, and when I came to pick up my items today (Friday), the gentleman in front immediately went and got my items without even asking my name!! He just remembered me and what items I brought!! I was very impressed by this, and it truly shows that he cares. This place has some of the best prices in Charlotte for dry cleaning, and they did a great job. I brought my two blankets and some jackets in a crumpled heap (super embarrassing!), but the blankets were returned to me perfectly folded and carefully packaged in a reusable plastic laundry tote. Very clean with phenomenal service! The owners were helpful with something I needed done quickly. Everything was very affordable too, which was a plus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend princess to anyone who needs dry cleaning services.
