We are very happy with Palmetto Exterminators from start to finish. Starting with the office staff. I would use the words brilliant, charming and helpful. I have never heard a "sorry, we can't do that."The technician who visited today was professional, thorough and friendly. He got the job done, explaining exactly what chemicals he had put down and was able to answer my questions about safety for the dog and cats in our home. No worries for whatever is inside. Outside, we should wait at least 20 minutes before we let the dog onto the back yard grass.We get the occasional pest including a single palmetto bug (where did YOU come from) in my den. Technician Mitchell recently provided our quarterly pesticide service and did the best job we've ever experienced. He was thorough and professional and treated our home as if it was his own. Such commitment is rare and we could not have been more pleased.

Technician Mitchell was spot on today. He went over every inch of our outside home cleaning spraying and spreading granular for bugs and spiders. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend Palmetto exterminators. I have been a customer for at least 5 years now.
