First time at this place ,a SHOUT OUT. To Kency ( not sure if spelled correctly) and Loraine. They both were incredible helpful as I am having trouble with my vision insurance to get am appointment set up , they called the insurance company for me and clarify what was wrong, after I left the place I called the insurance back they told me how Metrolina should submit the claims . I called Metrolina , Kency answered the phone and told me that after I left they had discussed my situation , I told them the outcome of my call with the insurance and an appointment was set up. Thank you Kency and Loraine for going the extra mile.

Online sign-in was simple and easy and covered the office sign-in. Simply directed to waiting room, at great experience. Eye visit process was handled very professionally and efficiently.

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to sit and discuss my treatment with Dr. Peterson. He’s very knowledgeable in his line of work and I felt very comfortable with the information that he gave me. Very caring person. I know this because he is also my nephew’s doctor.
