“Came in with some fun little back issues that made doing any kind of bending very painful. I've been dealing with bad pain in my lower back for the past 10 years since my car accident. I have tried quit a few different things to help and they do help but only for a few days. I went in on Thursday to get something called reflexology hearing it helps and boy did it. It is now Monday i wanted to wait a few days after my appointment to allow my body to see if it was worth it.
