Our well stopped working while we were away. We called the original vendor who installed well and provided previous service. They could not get to us for 2 weeks. We were hesitant to call another vendor but needed the well. We contacted Love Well & Pump Supply and were delighted by the overall experience! (So unusual these days.) Ansley took our call and could not have been friendlier or more responsive. The 2 guys that performed the service arrived on time (next day after call) and were knowledgeable & customer focused. They identified the problem, did the hard work (physically hard), and explained everything to my husband. The whole company did everything possible not to cost us more than was absolutely necessary! (I don't think I could say that about the prior vendor.) We highly recommend and appreciate the folks at LOVE Well & Pump Supply. Thank you!!
