Dr Ngo was very pleasant she explained everything to me throughly and she listened she immediately referred me to an eye specialist that could correct my vision if I had not gone to see her I would not have known what I was dealing with her nurse was awesome as well

Tanya got an excellent customer service. She take good care of me and my husband yesterday Jan. 29, 2025. She really assist us well and explain to us in details the lens of our eyeglass. She is very friendly and work fast it seems she really understood her job well. I will recommend the eyecare Monroe branch in Skyway Drive and tell about their excellent customer service.

Dr. Ngo was Awesome and very thorough. The optician Doc the only man working with helping you with the glasses, doesnt have a clue of any information on glasses without looking on internet. Tried to tell me, do i want my progressive lens small medium or large. First i heard of this and i have had progressive lens since they came out. Also he told me to change bridge piece on my safety glasses i would have to let them send them back to manufacturer be gone for about a week. Walmat will do it same day in Office. So i went to wal mart to purchase my glasses.
