Hired this company to install glass for a shower. They missed the initial install date but didn’t notify us until 3pm on the scheduled date. Was supposed to return to place a bracket on the door and again missed that date. Finally after the install was completed a month goes by and the door then becomes misaligned. Scheduled service and guess what, didn’t show up. Called and was told they are on a job and will be by after 5:30. 7:30, no show again. Next time scheduled with the manager for 5pm so I’m not missing more work. 3pm they show up and “added more silicone”. A month goes by and the door is misaligned again. No response as of yet. Extremely professional company who beat their quoted deadlines. Easy to work with and understanding of the customer’s schedule. My shower glass looks better than we expected. Will use them for any future business I have.
