I discovered CCS last summer via U tube. I needed a way to control humidity in the crawl space. I called Michael (sales) and he drove the hour and a half to my home and evaluated my situation. I checked other options but decided CCS had the best solution. Installation soon followed. The entire process was handled with efficiency and professionalism from Michael's part to the entire office staff to the Installation team. We reached out to Charlotte Crawlspace Solutions in a bind. We were about to start the process of putting in new floors with another company when they found a major issue in the crawlspace that prevented them from installing the floors until the issue was fixed. This put a major stop on the work in our house and with a baby due in just a few months, we were definitely panicking. We reached out to Charlotte Crawlspace Solutions and, even though they were already busy, they were able to squeeze us in and complete the work in the Crawlspace that put us back on schedule.
