My Mom passed away and left her 13 year old Maltese with me. Honeybear had not been groomed in two months as my Mom was very sick, I spent all my time caring for Mom so poor honeybear didn’t get brushed for a little over a month. Her hair is very long as she has never had a haircut. I made an appointment with petsmart to have her groomed the day before my Moms funeral. They refused to groom her because they were going to have to work out a few mats and wanted to just shave her. I frantically called around in search of someone who could do a last minute full works. I am so thankful I found Bougie Pup Salon! She not only told me to come over but she groomed her and worked over an hour after closing to make sure Honeybear was beautiful to go say goodbye to her sweet Momma. Honeybear was my Moms baby, her world and her pride and joy! She looked amazing! I cannot thank you enough for blessing a stranger with such a beautiful gift. Honeybear has found her forever groomers. Not only does she do a great job but she is such a good person and cared enough to help us in our time of need. Forever grateful!
I recently moved to North Carolina with my small yorkie. He is my very best friend and I always love to get him pampered. However, I catch myself pushing off the groomer because I know he will have to be crated and I worry about how he feels being like that throughout the day. When I walked in here it was the perfect and welcoming atmosphere. No cages in site. There were flower walls and beds and you could tell every single dog was loved and cared for. I’m so glad I found this place and I will be returning. She was flexible with me on the times considering my busy schedule. And my pup looked so handsome. I was so proud! I cannot recommend more!
