“My Boston Terrier’s are existing patients for several months and have experienced nothing short of wonderful service. All of the Veterinarians and Techs are caring , loving and listen to you regarding concerns and provide clear discharge instructions. The ONLY ISSUE-MAJOR ISSUE I have is with a newer employee “Ashley”. She is beyond rude, when you ask a question regarding one of my pets, she will cut me off mid-sentence and won’t listen to the question at hand. When I try to stop her so she can hear my question she becomes ignorant and snippy. When coming to the clinic I dread seeing her at the front desk, she exudes an uncomfortable oura to me that is unacceptable. She is rude not only verbally, even texting she seems to dance around questions asked. VERY rarely do I post a negative review however this needs to addressed and remediated as I do not want other clients get treated the same way.“
