The staff person in the shop assured me, on the phone and in person when I dropped the clothes off, that it would be delivered the following evening to my home. The following evening, the suit was not delivered. Thankfully, I was able to reach someone via Google, and he kindly brought the suit out first thing the following morning. I’m happy with how the situation was resolved.“
