Always been great at Dr River’s Office. Not an only is he an Auburn Fan…”War Eagle!”, but they always do a great job and don’t push to do extra if it’s not necessary. Hygienists are always friendly and do a great job!
Dr. Rivers and his staff make you feel so relaxed when you come into their office. He is an expert with all of his work. His dental hygienists and assistants are also extremely professional. Coming there is like going to visit friends and knowing you are in excellent care with all of your dental needs.
This 5 star review is well earned. I live near Salisbury but drive to Mocksville because this practice is so excellent and accommodating. The staff is super friendly and bend over backwards for you, and Dr Rivers couldn’t be more pleasant and proficient. He comes back and forth into the exam room while I’m having my teeth cleaned or waiting to get numb for a procedure. That has never had happened at another practice! Twice now I have been in for an exam and X-rays and wasn’t scheduled for a cleaning, but they have managed to work one in. Again, something that has never happened at another dental practice.
