We had water damage from a roof leak that affected two floors of the house. A friend recommended Servpro and I am so glad they did. Peter and his crew worked effortlessly and quickly on all the damaged floors and walls and all the water damage. They kept us informed with all scheduled work and worked around our work schedules. Peter communicated with the insurance company and took so much pressure off of us during this stressful time. I highly recommend them when disaster strikes!
I had the privilege of using the services of Servpro East Meck when I had a leak inside my wall from my shower. I called them and they sent a crew the same day. The were so professional and worked so fast to get my apartment cleaned up and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them !
Let me start with the first disaster of a water leak in our home right after we bought it 2017. We had no use of laundry room, kitchen, dining room, master bathroom for 47 days because of another company, we called SERVPRO and they sent out young man Collin Boozer and let me just say life got easier. He showed us that other company had placed fans under our house that were broken eating up our power bill , nothing had dried out and mold was growing, he never said any negative comments about the company just got to work. That night Collin arranged to have fans put in and under the house, ripped all insulation out, sprayed chemicals and repaired everything within days.... read full review
