About PUMP Fitness Studio
Pump Fitness Studio is a small-group and private fitness training facility offering the signature PUMP Method. This method combines workouts with personalized accountability coaching to build movement, strength, and nutritional understanding. The studio believes in providing a supportive and family-like atmosphere where members can reach their fitness goals. With small class sizes, trainers can focus on individual form and progress. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable, offering personal attention, motivation, and professional guidance. Trainers guide members in a group setting at certain times each day, helping those who struggle with writing their own workout plans. I have been working out at PUMP Fitness for a little over 2 years now. When I first started I was very unsure about how to "properly" workout and uncomfortable with not knowing where to begin. I would often stress myself out with the thought of what I needed to workout and eat to obtain the goals I wanted. The coaching staff is beyond amazing!! They will work with you to help encourage and guide you to get to your goals. It doesn't have to be a major life change they will guide you on adding or changing things week by week so it will be a lasting change in your life instead of a short lived change because it was to much to quickly. Even when injuries or aliments arise they will tailor the sessions to meet your individual needs as long as you are open and honest about what is wrong and you are wanting for the end results. Once you meet your goals you can always make a new one and they will support you!! The training sessions focus changes monthly from strength training (weight lifting), athletic mobility (balancing), and cardio (don't quote me on the names exactly). Allowing your body not to get used to the same thing and continue getting stronger and healthier in every aspect. It has also helped me with my mental health and anxiety. The community at PUMP is very encouraging and friendly. There is no judgment around, other members encourage each other to help push you to finish and meet your goals especially on your "tired" days. All you have to do is come in, be honest and listen to what the amazing coaches say to guide you to reach your goals!

I’ve been working out at Pump Fitness Studio for the past 6 months. This is my first experience with structured strength training, and it’s been very positive. The coaching staff is awesome! They tailor training and movements to accommodate old injuries, physiological capabilities, and target specific weaknesses as needed. The coaching is reliable, consistent, and encouraging. The Pump Team has created an inclusive and safe space for people of any demographic. I highly recommend Pump to anyone looking to start, or continue their fitness journey.
