Went for the first time today and definitely won’t be my last. Elle did my nails and she did a wonderful job, she was upfront about the price of the nails before continuing which I appreciated & was helpful in picking colors that would go together. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and I was seen for my appointment after checking in and didn’t have to wait.
Extremely attentive and well run place. It is super clean and everyone is great at what they do. LOVE the place! Everyone is wonderful but it makes my day going to Lily. My daughter comes in from Clt to Mint Hill to go there now.
I just got my nails done here and Rachel did the most beautiful job on my nails. I needed to leave this review right after leaving because I have had unfavorable experiences getting my nails done. However, Rachel took her time to do a diligently detailed job. I don’t think anyone has done such an even polish before. I appreciate that attention to detail.
