Wow. This group is simply amazing! In the past, never been a fan of going to the dentist office for numerous reasons, but this (my first) was simply best in class! Everyone was super patient esp. Caitlin who performed my X-ray and cleaning! She was full of conversation and positivity! Also have some tips on better brushing techniques as well!Dr.Manning was gracious and upbeat as well! For sure looking forward to many more visits to my hometown dental office! Kudos to you all!
Dr. Manning and all of the staff here are extremely welcoming, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and accommodating. They prioritize personalized care and the patient. Dr. Manning will inform you of all your options but will also take the time to explain to you why what she recommends is your best option without being too pushy (and might I add... she is always right). I am a pre-dental student who has shadowed a wide range of dentists and specialists, and I have seen a lot of "behind the scenes" scenarios. I am a patient of Dr. Manning's and I have shadowed her. I can truly say that Dr. Manning and her staff are among the best in Charlotte!
