“We wanted much-needed work done one the exterior of the house: replacement of sections of wood siding and fascia, replacement of four windows and three exterior doors, new roof and gutters, and painting. James, Ed and all of their crews were great. They arrived on time and worked quickly but carefully. After a task was finished, they inspected it and it if was not up to their standards, corrected it. “In August had a roof leak denied coverage by Nationwide. Turns out most roofing companies don’t want a repair job when around the corner is a full roof replacement. If they even consider it, the estimate shows that they’d prefer not do it. So, 6 months later, I find Keyway and Bill and Sonya. Finally, a honest, reliable and reasonable roofing company to help me. What a relief to have it fixed! New flashing, a cricket and kick back at gutter. Highly recommend Keyway Construction and Roofing and they will be my only call in the few short years when I qualify for a full roof replacement.“

“Me and my wife had purchased a new home for ourselves in Mint Hill last year with the expectation that we would need to replace the original roof at some point. After finding a little bit of water leakage I reached out to the Roof Medic team and they were very prompt with their response time and they had Trevon and Hank out to do an inspection on the roof. No surprise to me it needed a full replacement and Trevon was able to walk us through the whole process and answer all of my questions. “Mike’s Gutter was an amazing experience. They are great at customer service (Stacey is a star) and Mike is clearly more knowledgeable about Gutters & Roofs than anyone. We had our Gutters replaced. Mike came to the house several times to show us color pallets and even found additional colors to look at. During the installation he discovered a major roof issue (think water damage) and that process to repair and replace that section of the roof over our patio was excellent. We went back and forth - Mike and Stacey sent us pictures, came to house and worked with us. In the end the new roof is a stunning Metal Roof that is far better than we have. “A Clean Sweep was well deserving of 5 stars. Wanda was amazing at communicating during the process. We had a new chase cover and cap installed. We also came across a hole in the side of our chimney from a cheap propane attachment the previous owners did and the guys repaired it well with a metal plate and a filler. We couldn't be happier.“
