“Mike’s Gutter was an amazing experience. They are great at customer service (Stacey is a star) and Mike is clearly more knowledgeable about Gutters & Roofs than anyone. We had our Gutters replaced. Mike came to the house several times to show us color pallets and even found additional colors to look at. During the installation he discovered a major roof issue (think water damage) and that process to repair and replace that section of the roof over our patio was excellent. We went back and forth - Mike and Stacey sent us pictures, came to house and worked with us. In the end the new roof is a stunning Metal Roof that is far better than we have. “Me and my wife had purchased a new home for ourselves in Mint Hill last year with the expectation that we would need to replace the original roof at some point. After finding a little bit of water leakage I reached out to the Roof Medic team and they were very prompt with their response time and they had Trevon and Hank out to do an inspection on the roof. No surprise to me it needed a full replacement and Trevon was able to walk us through the whole process and answer all of my questions. Thankfully we were able to get insurance involved and Trevon was able to deal with them directly while I was busy at work. They were able to knock out the whole roof very quickly and it looks great and the attention to detail is fantastic. Customer service, Kristy O, called back and apologized, arranged a new crew to be sent immediately the next morning, and followed through with another call back for my satisfaction on the job. My gutters are cleaned and I believe my downspouts are also clear. I would call again because of the customer service and follow through of Kristy O!
