Run don’t walk to get here! Incredible place that you don’t need to make an appointment, so you can easily fit into your schedule. Dr. Doug has helped me immensely by my adjustments and dry needling. I’ve also had massages with the therapist. She works along side Dr. Doug with the areas that need to be treated. It’s not a little “foo foo” massage. She is knowledgeable and works those areas of concern.The office is clean and the staff is welcoming. I have gone to other offices and this one has blown me away! Thank you Dr. Doug and staff.

Dr. Doug is wonderful. He helps me and my teens stay ahead of back aches and pain we’d been experiencing. I love that we can pop in as we have time - the flexibility really works for our busy family!

When you walk through the door of Family 1st Chiropractic you are greeted with the warmest, smiling reception from MistyDr Doug is compassionate, caring & actually listens to you. I’ve gone in there with my back shaped like a ? & locked in immense pain. I have come out standing up straight(er) & in great relief.I was in a 4 wheeler accident recently where I couldn’t walk & today my recovery is borderline miraculous due solely to Dr Doug’s knowledge & experience.Understand, this is a process & will take time, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else
