Having our water heater in the garage, and the master shower at the rear of the house, we were experiencing extreme long waits to get hot water at the shower. In 2023 we had E&R Plumbing installed a pump on our water heater to circulate the hot water through our system which corrected the issue. Last fall we noticed that the pump was not recycling the hot water: called E&R Plumbing and set up an appointment to have someone come out and check the system. Garrett Helms arrived and found nothing wrong but suggested that something may be blocking the circulation of the water. Brennan was able quickly to purge air from the gas line and relight the pilot light to restore the water heater to normal function. He is professionally competent and personally engaging.
I had a gas leak today and Steven was out same day in less than an hour to fix the problem. My gas line was a bit of a nuisance and required maneuvering to fix. Steven was here all day and very thorough. He spoke with the gas company as well to ensure he was seeing the same issue they found this morning. Great customer service!
