I didn't contact this company, they were assigned by my Home Warranty company. I was scheduled for 9:00 - 11:00 AM and was contacted the day before for verification and received a call from the technician shortly after 9:00 letting me know he was on his way. He arrived and assessed the situation and made sure I was aware of what was wrong with my unit and what it would take to fix it. He made the repairs and ensured that the unit was working properly before departing. Very thorough and very professional.Service: HVAC system repair
