“I had my first service a couple of days ago with Noble pest control. Patrick was the young man that came to my home and I actually asked him very kindly if you would do me a favor I have a fear of spiders and there was one on my porch that had literally made a huge web making it almost impossible for me to get onto my porch without walking through it. He was so kind. He went out there with his special tool and took care of it for me so thank you Patrick. It was truly appreciated. He also explained the whole procedure and also advise me to make sure not to let my pets outside since some of the chemicals might be on the ground or the steps that was something, I truly appreciated, thank you, Noble pest control for such a great service.“

“Had a great experience withSummit Pest. Buddy called me beforehand to let me know of his arrival time and arrived promptly. He then explained everything he would be doing thoroughly and then quickly did an assessment of the house. There were a few hornet nests I wasn't even aware of that he was able to take care of for me, same day; which I really appreciated as I am allergic to bees. Gave the whole house a wipe down of spider webs then sprayed the repellent. My main issue was carpenter ants, so will update in a few weeks how well the treatment has worked.I also requested a moisture estimate for my basement that is in need of a new liner and will also update when that is done. Very friendly and local company that beats the price of a few other "local" companies I received quotes from.“

“Had a wonderful experience with Jim and the team at Quality Home! They replaced our septic recently, but not before a slew of issues with the property had become apparent and prevented the team from installing. These issues were 100% not the fault of the Quality Home team, but rather oddities of the property/home we live at.

Ours is an older house, and has had some weird and (I believe) off permitted work done to the sceptic system. All of this presented itself as the Quality Home team began the install, so it was not known beforehand. Jim and team were extremely patient and helpful in resolving these issues so that they could begin.

The issues drug on for some time, and involved things like the need to reroute power, have a survey done, have trees removed, etc. During the course of these activities, the company that Duke contracts for line reroutes hit our water line. I notified Jim, and he sent his crew to make a repair free of charge to keep us running, even though it was not Quality Home's responsibility!
Jim also replaced our entire water line at a very, very reasonable price.

I was texting Jim throughout the course of this project, and he was extremely prompt and helpful as I mentioned. He guided me through increasing out water pressure when it was necessary to do so. Throughout the entire course of the project, the quoted price never changed (although significant changes needed to be made to the install to suit the issues with the property that we encountered).
