This is an edit to my previous review, as it was a harsh view on the company when it should have amounted to the crew team which was originally sent. Customer service, Kristy O, called back and apologized, arranged a new crew to be sent immediately the next morning, and followed through with another call back for my satisfaction on the job. My gutters are cleaned and I believe my downspouts are also clear. I would call again because of the customer service and follow through of Kristy O! The second team, Ernesto's, we are happy with his work. Thank you!

Noticed water running over a gutter on the second floor. Didn't want to let it go very long. Called Ned Steven's. I called others but they would not come clean without installing gutter guards. The 2 gentlemen who came out were clean and got the job done super fast. They cleaned up the debris that came out of the gutter and even blew off my back deck. Very good experience and I will us them again.

Outstanding customer service is ALWAYS provided. Quinton Glenncamp, a representative at the home office, is above & beyond professional. Quintin has been wonderful representing Ned Stevens. Anyway, on Saturday, July 12, 2024, @ 12:28 PM two wonderful technicians showed up, neatly dressed, very polite, well mannered and ready to work. After cleaning all the gutters, in record breaking time, they pickup all the pinecones, sticks and pine needles. My gardens are never a mess and the cleanup is superb.
