Black driver corn rows that curve. Bad driver constantly on his phone and driving and was at green light and he wasn’t moving. I have a light honk after 10 seconds then he drove erratically. Got out of his car. Threatened my life.

Driver on 485 almost ran me off the road and also witnessed them almost run into an older lady. Switching lanes with no signal as well. I see other reviews of poor driving so obviously they refuse to correct the situation
