I had a great experience with Spencer plumbing. They were out to my house within a couple of days of me calling for my leak in my crawl space. I had Michael and Dakota fix my leak and they were quick and went right to finding the issue. They were nice as well and explained the issue of where it was at and what was causing it. Great company and they are quick to fix the issue and great customer service.
The whole time at my house they tested all water things to make sure no issues and made sure fix was good.
My issue was resolved and would recommend them to my family and friends. Awesome experience.
We adopted our Shepadoodle, Crosby, from Shellie a few months ago. He has a great temperment, is very sweet, was well socialized, and was up to date on all shots and vaccines. He is the perfect fit for our family and we couldn't be happier. Shellie breeds quality pups!
This is an edit to my previous review, as it was a harsh view on the company when it should have amounted to the crew team which was originally sent. Customer service, Kristy O, called back and apologized, arranged a new crew to be sent immediately the next morning, and followed through with another call back for my satisfaction on the job. My gutters are cleaned and I believe my downspouts are also clear. I would call again because of the customer service and follow through of Kristy O! The second team, Ernesto's, we are happy with his work.
