I reached out to Signature since they were a dealer of a carpet pad I was interested in purchasing. Liz was super friendly and helpful from the initial phone call, and then followed up by email (not once, but twice) in a very informative and helpful way. This is the kind of above and beyond experience that is rare when dealing with businesses -- so much so that Liz is the kind of person that you'd want to hire for your own company. Since I am on a short timeline, I won't be buying the pad for Signature, but am very motivated to support them in the future with making connections to clients. Awesome job, Liz -- super appreciated. Signature Flooring installed hardwood and new carpet in our recently purchased home. We had a tight timeline between the close date on the house and our move-in. Liz and Todd were wonderful to work with. Todd came out the day after we called to review our project, show us samples, and make suggestions so that we could move quickly. The floors were installed on time as promised, and they look amazing. Very happy with our new floors and overall experience!

We had a great experience with the Signature Flooring team! Chelsea was great to work with, she was very quick getting back with us on any questions we had. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after the job was finished. Would denfinitely recommend them!
