I was very happy with my septic service today. Our tank was backing up. ? I called around 10am and the service was completed by 4pm same day. Micah was very professional and answered all of my questions. Thank you!
Clae came around 10am and I had a lot to do today. He explained everything he was doing, he was prompt and thorough. Friendly with my animals and kind enough to answer my questions! He is an angel for pulling a screwdriver from the commode. I will definitely recommend and use them again next time.
All of the customer service reps I spoke with were polite and cheerful... very pleasant. The technician, Caleb, was very personable, and handled his tasks quickly and professionally. He was very polite and provided me pictures of the damaged areas in my plumbing, allowing us to determine the most cost effective way to repair my issues.
ALL IN ALL, a good experience and I'll definitely call them again if I need a plumber.
