“Excellent service and office staff. Problem was a hot water heater that caught fire. I called at 7:30 am and technicians were there before 9:00 am to assess the problem. It was an older counter unit with space limitations in a closet. Brian researched and found a unit that would fit and replaced it the next day.Very friendly and professional staff. The cost of the unit and install was very reasonable considering the entire replacement took less than two days. Will definitely use Carolina Plumbing for future plumbing needs.“
