On August 5th, I had the opportunity to visit the practice, where I found all the staff, including Dr. Benitez and her assistant, to be exceptionally kind and attentive to my needs as a new patient. The office was impeccably clean and appeared to be efficiently managed. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment, signed in, and was promptly escorted to the examination room. Dr. Benitez entered the room shortly thereafter, within five minutes, and commenced my consultation. She attentively listened to my concerns, took the time to thoroughly explain the details, and established a treatment plan for me. My experience during this visit was truly outstanding.
