A patient of this clinic passed away. We tried calling to cancel their future appointments. We waited for someone to answer for 45 mins the first call and 20min the second without getting to a receptionist. The automated system says they have high volume of calls morning, lunch and late afternoon. So basically, no good time to call.

Kernodle Clinic Mebane NC is the worst facility ever.They always overbooked.Im not a patient here,but I bring someone that is.Its always we are running behind.I can not believe Duke Medical Center would even want to be associated with this facility.I had to select at least 1 star to be able to leave this complaint and rating.Its really really a negative star.

Been a patient at kernodle clinic in mebane for at least 20yrs...went monday to make a appt and was turned away...because it had been awhile since i was seen....i was told i was now considered a new patient...and they were not accepting any new patients...so im without a doctor...since i am new.....why do they have all my medical history...seems is if they are more interested in money than healthcare
